elastic headband measures approximately 13" in unstretched
circumference, and is ideal for most babies and toddlers. Average
newborn head circumference is 14", so these are not tight on newborn
heads, and will work great for toddlers too. A big flower on a beautiful
headband can be quite stunning for babies and toddlers, no matter how
much or how little hair they have. Due to material and dye differences,
headband may be slightly lighter in color than the bow.
