Shipping Details

 USPS Services, and estimated transit times

All shipping fees are flat rate. Order as many items as you like, the shipping fee doesn't change! 
 
First-Class: $3 (2-5 business days, once processed)
Priority Mail: $6 (2-3 business days, once processed)
Express Mail: $18 (1-2 business days, once processed, arriving before noon on the 2nd day.)
International First Class: $5 (5-30 business days, estimated and varies. Other options available upon emailed request, prior to order placement.)

Orders are shipped via your choice of USPS mail service. Transit times are estimated, and listed in parenthesis next to the various services. These times do not include processing time for us to custom make your accessories prior to shipment. Express Mail is the only service that offers guaranteed delivery times. We appreciate those serving in our military, and happily ship to APO and military addresses through USPS.

Order Completion Time

Our items are handmade, and we appreciate a few days of patience. However, we still exceed the custom bow standards, and ship as quickly as possible. While other custom bow companies take up to 10 days to process, we ship within 1-3 business days!  We maintain standard business hours, M-F 8-5 PST, and observe government mail holidays. If an order is placed the week of a holiday, please allow one extra day for processing/shipping.

Order Status

When an order is placed and payment has been received, the status is "Processed". You will receive an email when your order has been made, stating that your order is "Complete". This also means that your order is finished and will ship either that day, or the following business day. Tracking is not currently available with these USPS services, only delivery confirmation. Therefore, we cannot give you an expected delivery date other than the time range provided above by USPS.

If you have not received your package in the time expected, including processing time, please email us.

Important: We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect address information provided. Please double check the shipping address provided! We purchase delivery confirmation on each domestic shipment, which will show that the package was mailed. We also offer shipping methods that include insurance, but we do not require it. If your package is lost in transit (which rarely happens, but does happen) and a shipping method without insurance was chosen, we cannot replace the items. International shipments are not insured, to provide the most reasonable shipping fee. If you would like to purchase proof of mailing and/or insurance for your international shipment, you must contact us prior to purchasing for a price quote. International orders that are not received, and which insurance was not requested, will not be replaced. We have used USPS for thousands of shipments, and have been very happy with the value for the service they provide. If you have any questions regarding the shipping options we provide, please ask!
