I ordered some of these for my new niece, and my sister told me everytime she goes out with little Kara, people want to know where she found that beautiful little bow, and how does it stay in her hair so well, since she is such a Baldie! Truly, with only about 1/4 of hair, this bow stays in until you decide to take it out! Just be sure to remove it when they go to bed! My sister forgot to take it out when she put little Kara down for a nap, and was amazed it did not fall out! Had it fallen out though, it would have definitely been a choking hazard!
