All orders are custom, so please allow 3 business days for us to process your order. We ship all orders from our bow studio in Lexington KY using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Although all orders are customized, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If something is not quite right, you have one week from arrival to let us know. We’ll issue store credit or a refund upon receipt of the items. Any item received after 30 days will receive store credit.

Shipping to Canada took a while (just under a month and a half), so if you need them for an event and are ordering from Canada I would allow lots of time for shipping, but they were definitely worth the wait!

I became hooked on these bows after my goldendoodle got hold of one of our bows, and it survived! I washed it with baby shampoo and it was good as new once it dried - I was amazed! Some of the colors we've had for over a year and they have held up so well. We enjoy getting a new set every season. Happy mail! These bows last FOREVER! I bought some for my now 2 yo when she was tiny and we're still able to wear them. We get a fresh set every season and now are in the bigger clip but they've lasted perfectly! They hold their shape and we've been really rough on them.
