Our stretchy elastic headband measures approximately 15" in unstretched circumference, and is ideal for most babies and young toddlers. Average infant head circumference is 14", so these are generous on infant heads, and will work great for toddlers too. A big bow on a beautiful headband can be quite stunning for babies and toddlers, no matter how much or how little hair they have. Due to material and dye differences, headband may be slightly lighter in color than the bow.
